​​New Sponsorship Levels for 2026:

​

• RED Ribbon (Friends of the Fair & up to $199) - Your name or business name will be listed on the Adams County Fair website. In addition, your name or business name will be announced multiple times each day over the fairgrounds loudspeaker system.
   

• BLUE Ribbon ($200 to $499) - Includes all RED Ribbon benefits, plus a banner displayed on the fairgrounds during the Adams County Fair.
   

• RESERVE Ribbon ($500 to $999) - Includes all BLUE Ribbon benefits, plus:

  • Your logo (if provided) displayed on the Adams County Fair website.

  • A sign (approximately 12" x 17") displayed on the fairgrounds during the fair.
     

• CHAMPION Ribbon ($1,000 to $1,499) - Includes all RESERVE Ribbon benefits, plus:

  • Your name or business name printed in the official Adams County Fair brochure, which is distributed throughout Adams County and surrounding communities.
    
    To be included in the fair brochure, sponsorship forms must be received by June 20, 2026.

• GRAND CHAMPION Ribbon ($1,500 and above) - Includes all CHAMPION Ribbon benefits, plus:

  • Your business logo included in the Adams County Fair brochure.​

  • A 3' x 5' banner displayed on the fairgrounds fence.
    
    To be included in the fair brochure and receive a banner, sponsorship forms must be received by June 20, 2026. Banners will be displayed from July 4 through the end of the fair.

Sponsorships received after June 20, 2026, should allow a two-week turnaround for banner production and installation.

We have worked hard to develop sponsorship opportunities that provide meaningful recognition while accommodating a variety of budgets. Please note that sponsorships received after September 1, 2026, will be recognized during the 2027 Adams County Fair.
